Student FAQ's
I have been asked this question many times and responded with my answer in The Power of the Whisper. The central part of the answer to the question was that you can’t just share a method because the technical aspects are secondary to the person who wishes to practice them. The purpose of this IBFRT Teaching Material: How To Become A Whisperologist is intended to amplify what was stated in my book through a different terminology which was developed by Robert Dilts in connection with the theories and applications of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). I am not an NLP practitioner but have some understanding of its principles and approaches to helping others. I may not agree with all of its theories, however, it has occurred to me that an NLP practitioner might find whisperology quite intriguing.
The ability to effectively use the tools comes through the whisperologist as a gift to the person who is integrous and aligned to unconditional love.
I think that the different roles that I attempt to assume to help you to become a whisperologist capture the essential connection between who you are and what you do. In his book, From Coach To Awakener, Robert Dilts describes the different requirements that are needed to create and support change. The support or assistance to encourage and facilitate change is dependent on what is the target of the change: environment, behavior, skills/capabilities, values and beliefs, identity, and collective identity. What the other person requires to make the necessary changes, at a particular level will be different, and according to NLP theories, is dependent on the neurological level of organization. Each level of change has its challenges and potential resources. Dilts’ terminology for supporting positive change reflects the different kinds of needs required at each level by using distinguishing words like caretaking/guiding, coaching, teaching, mentoring, sponsorship, and awakening.
I think the different roles to teach someone to practice my methods begin with a context that is expressed in the meditation found in all of the IBFRT books. The ability to develop the skills and apply them using IBFRT is a manifestation of the consciousness of the whisperer. My training methods attempt to capture all of these roles, beginning with frequent reminders to all students to ask for permission and “get out of the way,” so that God can use them as a vehicle for healing.
I will use Dilts’ terms of classification and relate this to Whisperology training.
The most powerful role is awakening. I believe this requires a conscious connection to an identity that goes beyond what is usually described as “me” to a higher impersonal purpose. The meditations in my books contain many phrases which express the intention to align with a common identity that is beyond any sense of a personal existence or separateness. A whisperologist finds his or her identity beyond the personal as someone who is united with other practitioners to be a healer along with others. While the language may vary depending on cultural or religious differences, they share a common origin and purpose expressed in language like being a “child of God” or a “servant of the divine” or a “light worker.”
The intention to practice whisperology must originate from the connection of the loving heart to help others with the belief that the service reflects the person’s deepest nature. For some students, the desire to change the course of a life plan and practice whisperology could be likened to an awakening or conversion. To be aware that the source of healing intention is a gift of grace that has nothing to do with the physical body elicits gratitude and humility. This explains why the whisperologist is quick to put aside any tendencies to attach healing outcomes to personal greatness. Each time he or she asks for permission to test or treat a client, the level of being that is beyond any personal identity is engaged. Training about this level of awareness can only encourage the student to be awakened and transformed to a deeper purpose through prayer, meditation, or other spiritual practices. I encourage and intend this spiritual path to be realized for every student.
The second most powerful influence is that of a sponsor. In whisperology, this refers to a person who believes herself or himself to be fundamentally integrous and purposeful. There is a clear mission which is defined by service. The first awakening brings with it the realization that the success of the mission is not about any personal abilities but wholly dependent upon the courage and faith to be a conduit or channel for healing. Training seeks to affirm this mission and self-understanding through humility. I believe my role is to encourage and support the student who is dedicated to this mission.
The third most powerful influence is that of being a mentor. In this aspect, the mentor is a model and encourager of the student to embrace particular values and beliefs which are also integral to the principles of Whisperology. These principles follow naturally from the intrinsic qualities of the first two influences. The drills in The Power Of The Whisper are intended to help the student to remain aligned to integrous values and be freed from any obstacles.
The fourth most powerful influence is that of the teacher. I believe this is the level from which many requests to “teach me what you do” originate. However, the ability to teach is dependent on the first three influences. Every competency at this level, and all of the subsequent levels which become more technical, are intrinsically linked to the first three influences. What the teacher can provide, if the above conditions have been satisfied, is the opportunity to teach the IBFRT skills as well as how to use them for testing, interpretation of findings, and treatment through imprinting.
The fifth most powerful influence is that of the coach. Like a basketball coach, the coach teaches his players all of the plays as well as when to execute them. He motivates the players and inspires them to practice if they want to improve and accomplish the goals of the team. IBFRT Teaching Tools are written to include this type of coaching with specific details and steps to test, interpret the findings, and make a play (imprint). As the coach, I also encourage the students to the discipline of practice and being patient. Like a coach on the sideline, I watch my students practice in order to identify those areas where more training is required to execute the behaviors of a whisperologist.
The last influence requires guidance. The environment in which Whisperology is learned is important. Like all of the other influences, there are resources and obstacles with every level of organization. Environmental help and resistance are the most easily recognized aspect while the least conscious aspect is the most powerful influence that requires awakening. At the environmental level, training is focused on the value of a conditioned space and the elimination of negative influences or distractions. This intention is also expressed through the insistence of asking permission to treat any client and honoring the opportunity to experience through the testing what God is sharing during this moment. The consciousness of the tester and the client requires an environment that honors both of them.
I believe that describing the qualities and the skills that are required to become a whisperologist also implies what is required of me to assist you in the goal of becoming a whisperologist. My intention is to support all aspects of this process. Dilts’ conceptual framework to support meaningful change is a helpful way to express the challenges of creating a training program.
SUMMARY OF ONE YEAR TRAINING PROGRAM
The one-year training program to be certified as a Level 1 Whisperologist is built around four seminars. Each seminar is three full days of lecture and practice. Each seminar builds on the skills that have been introduced in a prior seminar. Practice is essential for the student to successfully complete the program.
Seminar 1
Seminar 2
Seminar 3
Seminar 4
Students are expected to have completed the reading of the required books before attendance. IBFRT Training Materials are available online prior to the first seminar.
Students will be required to sign both consent forms prior to obtaining any of the IBFRT Training Materials.
The six skills required to practice IBFRT evolve and are established through patience, practice, and a humble heart. The acquisition of the necessary skills will be easy for some people but difficult for others. IBFRT Teaching Materials are short handouts that were created for the purpose of assisting students to acquire these abilities more quickly and answer common questions about these techniques. Many of these topics are discussed in Tonsager’s books.
The topics and skills covered during the first seminar include:
- The Origins of Whisperology
- Becoming a Whisperologist
- Skill #1: Physical Indicator Development
- Skill #2: Creation of H Vials
- Skill #3: Imprinting Healing Intention
1. The Origins of Whisperology
There will be a lecture followed by time for discussion about the origins and principles of Whisperology. The content of the lecture is based on the material about this topic in Intention Based Field Resonance Testing: The Geometry of the Whisper.
The five core principles of Whisperology and the relationship to IBFRT are:
Principle #1. The consistent use of the IBFRT protocol begins with humility and permission to test another person. Skill #1 is always used to determine if there is permission to test the client and to treat the patient. Permission is checked with every additional activity to ensure that the testing and treatment does not exceed what is helpful in a testing session. This approach encourages the tester to always be a listener, a “whisperee,” and to be ready to suspend the testing and treatment when the intention to continue is met by the loss of coherence during IBFRT. Even if the reason is not clear as to why the tester should go no further, testing and treatment is stopped when there is no longer permission.
Principle #2. Testing and treatment decisions are determined by listening to the responses of the client using Skill #1. Testing is individualized in IBFRT through listening to the whispers that inform the tester about what form of incoherence needs to be investigated first. The answer might be surprising to the tester based on the client’s beliefs about any difficulties. The starting point might be physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, or karmic incoherence. Any scenario is possible when the tester simply listens and keeps an open mind. IBFRT Teaching Material: “Where To Begin” discusses this principle in greater detail.
Principle #3. Treat any form of incoherence by using IBFRT to determine the probable source of the incoherence, and, at what level treatment should take place. Whisperology theory considers the sources of incoherence as limiting conditions instead of causes. This subject is an important theme of every author in the required and recommended reading materials. I: Reality And Subjectivity written by Dr. David R Hawkins is especially recommended for his treatment of the subject as well as his reflections about the relationship between context and content. Healing takes place when content is recontextualized.
Testing is conducted with the intention of identifying the limiting conditions, and when there is permission, using one of the tools of Whisperology for healing. There are many potential contributing sources to a particular limiting condition. Past experiences with other clients and training in related fields may provide the tester with ability to identify the sources of these limiting conditions with greater precision than another practitioner. This knowledge and experience are especially useful to localize and appreciate the manifestation of many types of incoherence that are experienced in the body. Practitioners with training in other non-medical disciplines may find that this experience helps them to use IBFRT more helpfully with forms of incoherence that appear to be less connected with physical incoherence.
Principle #4. All forms of incoherence are connected with one another. For example, physical incoherence affects emotional, mental, spiritual, and karmic incoherence. The reverse may also be true when a health concern needs to be addressed first by testing and treating what is usually considered to be a non-physical form of incoherence. IBFRT makes these determinations and prioritizes what must be addressed first.
Principle #5. Determination of which tool(s) to be used from the Whisperology Toolbox is client specific and may vary depending on the results of the current IBFRT test. There is no 1:1 correspondence that the same tool(s) are always used for the same person or for the same form of incoherence. Testing always determines if treatment is allowed and, if there is permission, which tool(s) to be used. The specific tools that are part of the Whisperology Toolbox include the many different uses of H vials, imprinting healing intention directly or remotely through broadcasting, elemental coherence methods, the sharing of drills or meditations, and numerical sequences.
There are many other potential sources of help to a client including giving nutritional supplements and homeopathic remedies. These resources are not specifically a part of the Whisperology Toolbox, however, IBFRT might be used to assess the value of the client’s decision to take them. In order to avoid any misunderstanding, IBFRT is not to be used to evaluate medical treatments including prescription medications.
There are IBFRT Training Materials to assist with clarifying what distinguishes Whisperology and IBFRT from other healing modalities: “What Is Not Whisperology?,” “How To Become A Whisperologist,“ and “Terminology.”
Students are encouraged to bring their own questions which will be addressed not only after the lecture but throughout the year of training.
2. Becoming a Whisperologist
Each student will be tested during the seminar to identify potential obstacles to becoming a competent practitioner. The primary karmic vector will be determined through the testing including the identification of limiting beliefs which may interfere with acquiring the skill and confidence required to master the six skills. For the benefit of all the students, every person is encouraged to give permission to the rest of the class to observe the testing. If a student is not comfortable with being testing in front of the group, then a private test will be given.
There are several IBFRT Training Materials to assist with this process. A copy of the manuscript, The Nine Karmic Vectors, Steve’s newest and not yet published book, will be shared with students to explore the significance of findings from the testing. The new book and all of the other IBFRT Training Materials may not be copied or distributed to anyone according to the signed consent agreement. Students will also receive other IBFRT Training Materials including “Limiting Beliefs Checklist” and “Imprint The Practitioner.”
The daily drills from Steve’s book Intention Based Field Resonance Testing: The Power of the Whisper may be personalized after the testing process as another way to strengthen your ability to practice Whisperology.
3. Skill #1: Physical Indicator Development
The development of a sensitive and reliable physical indicator to detect coherence and incoherence for testing and treatment. The physical indicator may vary from person to person. One person might feel it in the hands, another in the shoulders, or in some other way. There is no single perfect way to do the testing, but you must practice until you are able to discern very subtle changes while doing IBFRT. IBFRT Teaching Materials “Asking Permission” and “Getting Started. Finding The Yes” are intended to help with the acquisition of this skill.
All testing and accurate use of the methods require expertise with Skill #1. Testing and imprinting, as well as the determination of the efficacy of every IBFRT treatment utilize
Skill #1.
A significant amount of time during the first seminar is devoted to teaching and practicing this essential skill.
4. Skill #2: Creation of H Vials
H vials are discussed in many of the books and the student is encouraged to frequently study this material. Accurate use of Skill #1 will teach the student how and when to use Skill #2 to make H vials for testing, treatment of the client, and conditioning of a space including the home of the student and the client. H vials are frequently given to clients so the student should also be prepared to talk about H vials in a manner which will be helpful to them. IBFRT Teaching Material “Water Host of Intention” is intended to help with the development of this crucial skill.
A significant amount of time during the first seminar is devoted to teaching and practicing this essential skill.
5. Skill #3: Imprinting A Healing Intention
IBFRT determines which Whisperology tool to use as well as when imprinting is helpful, timely, and allowed. Application of Skill #3 is a frequent topic in all of IBFRT books. Additionally, the drills and meditation found in Intention Based Field Resonance: The Power of the Whisper may be imprinted and shared with a client for daily reflection and spiritual growth. The subject of deltopes, and how to increase the intensity of imprinting intention, is discussed in Intention Based Field Resonance: The Geometry of the Whisper. IBFRT Teaching Materials “Imprint Language,” “Intention Verbs,” and “The Whisperology Toolbox: Treatment Options” are helpful for the development of the skill and efficacy of the application of Skill #3.
A significant amount of time during the first seminar is devoted to teaching and practicing this essential skill.
Students will be expected to practice diligently and study all of the books and materials. The student who has acquired these skills will be ready to receive the maximum benefits from Seminar 2. Seminar 2 will teach the student all of the testing procedures for physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and karmic coherence. The students will also be taught two more skills: Skill #4: How To Use The Figure and Skill #5: How To Create Numerical Sequences.
PRACTICE
There are two levels of practicing IBFRT.
The first level is practicing the methods with your friends of family. I recommend that you practice with several different test subjects because the responses vary between subjects, and you will appreciate the differences by testing many different people.
After you have been trained in all of the skills, the second level of practicing is in preparation for using the methods to help clients. You have signed the second consent form because you acknowledge that IBFRT is not a medical treatment. IBFRT has more in common with prayer than giving a medicine which is why I call this work “Whisperology.” The other reason you have signed the consent form is to ensure that you are using the methods accurately and giving credit to the source of your training. While it is impossible to know how long it may take someone to reach a level of competency, I think a period of study and practice of one year may be sufficient for most people. If you believe that you have achieved this level of competency then I will ask you to demonstrate your knowledge and skills so that I have the opportunity to observe your work and ask questions. When that competency has been demonstrated, I will be happy to communicate that to others. The fourth seminar is intended to be the time for all students who desire certification to show that they have reached the stage to be called a “beginner” Whisperologist.
It cannot be overstated that students who do not practice the skills taught during the first seminar will have difficulty with the skills taught during the second seminar.
The topics and skills covered in the second seminar are based on the commitment of the students to study Whisperology and practice the first three skills of IBFRT.
Students should bring their IBFRT Testing Materials, IBFRT books (The Power of the Whisper, The Magnification of the Whisper, The Geometry of the Whisper), and other related materials including an atlas of human anatomy to the seminar.
Students are also encouraged to purchase an atlas of human anatomy and bring this to the seminar.
Again, it bears repeating that students who do not practice the skills will have difficulty with understanding the content of the second seminar and learning the next two skills. Students who have gained insight about the opportunities for self-development and utilized the drills and books for personal growth will become the best whisperologists. The ability to test and imprint is directly related to who you are and what you are becoming through your spiritual work. The principles of Whisperology consistently emphasize that the development of the ability to use the six skills is always secondary to the integrity and maturity of the practitioner.
The topics and skills covered during the second seminar include:
- The IBFRT Testing Process
- Skill #4: How To Use The Figure
- Skill #5: How To Create Numerical Sequences
- Elemental Coherence
- Deltopes
- The IBFRT Testing Process
The testing process is based on the five core principles of Whisperology. The sequences of steps that is used to test a client includes physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and karmic coherence. Students will find that it requires patience and study to apply these principles in a fashion which is unique to every client. The ability to successfully apply the principles is not simply a matter of understanding the content but utilizing Skill #1 (Physical Indicator Development) to know how and when to use all of the steps in a flexible manner.
The students will receive several IBFRT Teaching Materials to assist them with learning the testing process including a Testing Procedure form. These handouts will be discussed with time for questions. The additional IBFRT Teaching Materials for using the testing process are: “Where To Begin,” “Body Region Level of Specificity,” “System Level of Specificity,” “Incoherent/Limiting Conditions Level of Specificity,” “How To Treat Physical Incoherence,” “How To Treat Emotional and Mental Incoherence,” “How To Treat Karmic Incoherence,” and “Calibrations.”
Students will be practicing these testing processes with each other.
- Skill #4: How To Use The Figure
Each student should be very familiar with The Figure after reading Intention Based Field Resonance Testing: The Geometry of the Whisper. Students will receive the IBFRT Teaching Material “The Figure.” There will be opportunities for discussion of The Figure. There may be some discussion of the advanced topic of Triangle Subdivision.
Students will practice IBFRT with The Figure including how to use these findings regarding the IBFRT Testing Procedures.
- Skill #5: How To Create Numerical Sequences
Each student should be very familiar with the tool of creating numerical sequences after reading Intention Based Field Resonance Testing: The Magnification of the Whisper. The feedback from other students is that this is the most difficult skill to achieve accurate and consistent results. Developing a highly coherent statement is the key to success. Students will be using the IBFRT Training Materials from the first seminar (“Imprint Language” and “Intention Verbs”) to create precise intention statements.
Using Skill #1 (Physical Indicator Development) is used to determine the level of specificity for the intention statement. Students will practice applying these principles of Whisperology as it relates to the creation of effective numerical sequences.
The IBFRT Training Material “Numerical Sequences” provides practical tips for developing this powerful tool in the Whisperology Toolbox.
- Elemental Coherence
Elemental coherence is an essential subject in the second seminar. IBFRT Testing Procedures and Skill #4 (How To Use The Figure) include the possibility of testing and imprinting for Elemental Coherence.
During the second seminar, students will practice testing for elemental incoherence. Students will practice creating H vials for elements and how to use them.
The IBFRT Training Material “Elemental Coherence” will be given to the students. Students will also be using the IBFRT Training Material “Imprint Language” to develop the ability to utilize this valuable tool.
- Deltopes
The topic of deltopes is introduced in Intention Based Field Resonance Testing: The Geometry of the Whisper.
Steve will test H vials created by the students for deltope levels and provide feedback to each student to help increase the power of the imprint.
PRACTICE
There are two levels of practicing IBFRT.
First Level. After the completion of the second seminar, you will have the opportunity to expand your practice to include five of the six skills. It is recommended that you practice with several different test subjects because the responses vary between subjects, and you will appreciate the differences by testing many different people.
Second Level. After you have been trained in all of the skills, the second level of practicing is in preparation for using the methods to help clients. You have signed the second consent form because you acknowledge that IBFRT is not a medical treatment. IBFRT has more in common with prayer than giving a medicine which is why I call this work “Whisperology.”
The second consent form is to ensure that you are using the methods accurately and giving credit to the source of your training.
It cannot be overstated that students who do not master the content and practice the skills taught during the second seminar will not be able to use the IBFRT Testing Procedures.
The topics and skills covered in the third seminar are based on the commitment of the students to study Whisperology and practice the first five skills of IBFRT.
Students should bring their IBFRT Testing Materials, IBFRT books, records of volunteer testing, and other related materials including an atlas of human anatomy to the seminar.
This seminar will give the students the opportunity to demonstrate their growing level of competence regarding the integration of all of the skills as well as the understanding necessary to use IBFRT Testing Procedures and the tools of the Whisperology Toolbox. Experience with the training of other students has demonstrated that many new questions come to the surface after significant time has been spent studying, practicing the skills, and beginning the process of applying the IBFRT Testing Procedures to family and friends.
The last of the six skills will be introduced and practiced.
The topics and skills covered during the third seminar include:
- Integration of the IBFRT Testing Process
- Skill #6: Remote Testing and Broadcasting Intention
- Practice Policies
- Integration of the IBFRT Testing Process
The third seminar is the time for students to practice the IBFRT Testing Process in a manner which integrates all that has been learned to this point. Significant time will be allowed for discussion and practice about all the forms of incoherence that belong to the principles of Whisperology: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and karmic. This is an opportunity to learn from each other through participation. Every IBFRT test subject is unique which challenges the student to put all of the core principles of Whisperology into practice.
Students will be practicing these testing processes with volunteers.
- Skill #6: Remote Testing and Broadcasting Intention
Students will learn how to test remotely, and when permission is granted (see IBFRT Training Material “Asking Permission”), imprint a remote subject using the tools in the Whisperology Toolbox.
Students will work with volunteer surrogates during the remote testing process.
Students are encouraged to review Bridging Science and Spirit. This book, written by Dr. Nisha Manek, contains information and examples of the methods used by Dr. Bill Tiller to broadcast intention. Students will receive the following IBFRT Teaching Materials: “Remote Testing. Parts 1 and 2” and “Remote Testing Procedures.” There will be opportunities for discussion of this fascinating topic.
The ability to practice remote testing with a high degree of accuracy and efficacy requires all of the prior skills to be mastered.
- Practice Policies
There are two levels of practicing IBFRT.
First Level. After the completion of the second seminar, the student has received training in five of the six skills. This begins the period of becoming very comfortable using the protocol to test volunteers before Seminar 3. During the time between the second and third seminars, students will keep a record of practicing the protocol with volunteers. Students are expected to bring the record of their practice with volunteers to this seminar.
After completion of the third seminar, the student will have been introduced to the last skill. It is time for the student to put all of the skills into practice.
Second Level. Before starting the second level of practice, the student is required to submit a record keeping form for the First Level of Practice. The minimum number of testing subjects is 30 people.
The Second Level of Practice marks the beginning of the last phase of the one-year training program. There will be opportunities for on-line discussion. Students are reminded to strictly follow as well as utilize all IBFRT Procedures and skills.
The student will be required to keep a record for this second level of practice. The minimum number of testing subjects is 20 people.
You have signed the second consent form because you acknowledge that IBFRT is not a medical treatment. IBFRT has more in common with prayer than giving a medicine which is why Steve chose the term “Whisperology” to develop these theories and practices.
The second consent form is to ensure that you are using the methods accurately and giving credit to the source of your training. While it is impossible to know how long it may take someone to reach a level of competency, a period of study and practice of one year may be sufficient for most people.
If you believe that you have achieved this level of competency, and completed the Second Level of Practice, you will be given the opportunity to demonstrate your knowledge and skills at the final Seminar. During Seminar 4, Steve will observe your testing and imprinting. He will also check the accuracy of your findings. There will be no written tests, but Steve will ask you questions to give you the chance to prove that you are conversant in the principles and practices of Whisperology.
Evaluation is intended to help every student reach the goal of understanding and practicing Whisperology. One of the goals of the first seminar was to identify potential obstacles within the student to becoming a whisperologist. Recommendations to remove these interferences and develop particular internal qualities were shared with each student. Whisperology is based on the essential practice that the student is engaged in some form of inner work or spiritual discipline in order to become a competent whisperee (the ability to listen and identify incoherence in a test subject) and to whisper (the ability to imprint coherent intention with a significant deltope output).
When that competency has been demonstrated, Steve will be happy to communicate that to others. The fourth seminar is intended to be the time for all students who desire certification to show that they have reached the stage of development to be called a “beginner” Whisperologist.
The time between Seminar 3 and the certification of students at Seminar 4 is intended to be a time of concentrated practice with the goal of completing the Second Level of Practice.
The primary goal of Seminar 4 is to certify all qualified students.
The requirements for certification were shared during Seminar 3.
There are no additional IBFRT Training Materials. Students should bring their IBFRT Testing Materials and other related materials including an atlas of human anatomy to the seminar. Students should also bring the record keeping forms of their practice activities.
Students who have completed the practice requirements, will be given the opportunity to demonstrate their knowledge and skills at the final Seminar in two parts.
Part 1. Theory
There will be no written test, however, Steve will meet with each student individually to assess the level of understanding of the principles and practices of Whisperology. Prior to the seminar, all students will be provided with a list of questions (See Handout “Test Questions”) which are intended to reflect the expectations of what a beginning whisperologist must know to use the protocol and the skills in the correct way. In preparation for the oral evaluation, students are encouraged to work together to thoroughly understand the answers to the Test Questions.
It is important to emphasize that the one-on-one meetings are intended to be informal and free from any testing “pressure.”
The meetings are intended to be approximately thirty minutes.
Part 2. Application
Each student will work with one volunteer. The volunteer will be the test subject and may also be utilized as a surrogate volunteer for remote testing. The student is expected to demonstrate the ability to utilize the six IBFRT skills and comfortably follow the testing protocol. If the testing situation with the volunteer does not include permission to apply all of the six skills, then the other students may be asked to serve as volunteers.
Steve will observe the testing and imprinting. He will also check the accuracy of the findings.
The testing process is intended to not exceed two hours.
Part 2 of the certification process is also intended to be informal. The presence of all the students during the testing of the volunteer provides the opportunity to learn and be supportive of each other.
Certification
Successful completion of Part 1 and Part 2 is the intended goal for every student.
When competency is demonstrated, the student will receive a certificate of completion. The certificate is intended to recognize a level of accomplishment and expertise to earn the designation of a Level 1 Whisperologist.
Level 1 Whisperologist
The designation of Level 1 Whisperologist is intended to recognize that the student has demonstrated sufficient knowledge and skills to practice Whisperology.
The Level 1 Whisperologist has not been given permission to teach Whisperology.
It is expected that continued practice will increase competency. Situations are likely to arise in which the newly certified whisperologist becomes aware of the need for additional training and supervision.
Getting Started as a Level 1 Whisperologist
At Seminar 4, as time permits, there will be some discussion about “getting started.” The focus of this discussion is primarily to avoid situations which might create misunderstanding about the scope and target of Whisperology (See Handout “What Whisperology Is Not”). The students are strongly encouraged to create a personalized description of the services provided through Whisperology to establish clear boundaries between its intention-based methodologies and medical testing/treatment. The creation of these documents is the student’s responsibility.
Postponement of Certification
Students who do not feel ready to be certified as a Level 1 Whisperologist will benefit from the opportunity to receive additional personal instruction from Steve, and assistance from the rest of the group, during Seminar 4 through observation and discussion. For these students, Steve will work with them to develop a better understanding of what is deficient and give them further opportunities to perform the skills and IBFRT Testing Procedures with greater confidence and accuracy.

Enrollment in the 2022-2023 program begins July 1, 2022. The enrollment deadline is September 30, 2022.
Due to the limited number of students, a non-refundable deposit of $ 1,000.00 is required to reserve one of the spaces in the class. The deposit is applied to the cost of tuition.
Payment Option1.
Full payment of tuition ($ 1000.00 deposit plus $ 11,000.00) two weeks or more before the first seminar.
Payment Option 2.
Four payments of tuition ($ 1,000.00 deposit plus $ 2,000.00 plus 3 payments of $3,000.00 each) two weeks or more before every seminar.
Tuition Refunds.
If the student withdraws from the training program one week or more before the first day of the first seminar, he or she is entitled to a refund of tuition excluding the tuition deposit.
If the student withdraws from the training program after the first seminar, he or she is entitled to a refund of tuition based on the timing of the decision to cease training.
If the student notifies the instructor, Steve Tonsager, one week prior to the next seminar, that he or she is withdrawing from the class then the student will be entitled to a full refund of any tuition that has been paid for the remainder of the training program.
If the notification to withdraw from the upcoming seminar is less than one week, then the refund will be for 50 percent ($1,500.00) of the next seminar and a full refund for any remaining seminars if the student exercised Payment Option 1.
Withdrawal From The Program.
The student must contact Steve Tonsager by e-mail (whisperology.ibfrt@gmail.com) to communicate the decision to withdraw from the Whisperology Training Program.
Failure to Pay Tuition.
Failure to pay tuition according to Payment Option1 or Payment Option 2 will be sufficient reason for termination from the Whisperology Training Program.
However, the student is encouraged to contact Steve Tonsager, prior to any financial deadlines, to explore potential options to payment of outstanding tuition.

SUMMARY OF WHISPEROLOGIST TRAINING PROGRAM
SEMINAR 4 CERTIFICATION
TM 31. TEST QUESTIONS
Oral Evaluation Guidelines.
The oral evaluation is intended to test the student’s understanding of IBFRT and Whisperology.
All students will be asked to respond to questions 1 and 30.
Not every question will be asked during the oral evaluation, however, the student needs to be prepared to respond to all of the questions.
Test Questions.
These questions form the basis for Part 1 of the certification process for a Level 1 Whisperologist:
- What is the significance of the statement “The challenge that will never disappear for a whisperologist is to continually recontextualize IBFRT as an informational system that has more in common with prayer than any physical intervention”? (See Handout. What Is Not Whisperology?)
- In your own words, what does it mean to say that something is coherent or incoherent?
- What is the difference between content and context as it relates to the use of triangles?
- What does elemental coherence refer to in whisperology?
- What is a deltope and how are deltopes increased?
- What is an H Vial?
- What is the Map of Consciousness?
- What is the Garage Inventor affect and what does that have to do with the conditioning of space?
- In your own words, what do limiting beliefs have to do with whisperology?
- What are intention verbs and how are they used in whisperology?
- What does it mean to ask for permission to test?
- Why might there not be permission to test?
- What is the Granny Effect and what does that have to do with information entanglement?
- What is entropy and what does that have to do with incoherence?
- What is negentropy and what does that have to do with coherence?
- Why do you need to ask where to begin instead of starting with the most incoherent finding?
- When someone has a physical complaint, why does it often happen that testing should focus on something that is not physical?
- What is the karmic vector?
- What are some examples of incoherent conditions?
- What does it mean to determine the level of specificity as it relates to an intention statement?
- What is a possible explanation for why there might not be permission to conduct a remote test?
- Describe how calibration and the use of scales in IBFRT is helpful.
- What do numerical sequences have to do with the magnification of a whisper?
- Describe in your own words what it means to whisper and be whispered to.
- How does an intention statement affect a numerical sequence?
- How do I know if the numerical sequence is accurate?
- What are the nine spiritual gifts?
- What is the state when there is an absence of each one of the gifts? (for example, the absence of hope is despair, the absence of love is apathy…)
- According to Tiller’s theories, what does thermodynamics have to do with the power of intention and the energy available to do the work of healing?
- In your own words, how would you explain to someone what you are doing when you put your hands on the ankles?
